The HCI Foundation has identified a number of areas in which it aims to make lasting and significant contributions to our society, and to this end supports education at all levels, youth development and empowerment, and sustainable projects which protect the environment.The HCI Foundation provides opportunities for education to employees of subsidiaries and associates of the HCI group, in particular through access to tertiary level education for dependents of company employees via the Foundation’s Bursary Programme.
Who Can Apply
Medicine. Bursaries offered to fulltime registered students under the age of 35 years, studying at any recognised university offering this course, registered with the Department of Education nationally.
School leavers (Year 12), Undergraduate
2/3 of the tuition fees to a maximum of R13 500 per annum, if the combined income does not exceed R15 000 per month, or % of the tuition fees, if the combined household income is R7 000 or less per month, to maximum of R15 000 per annum.
One year renewable, no repeats
